We are Nicolas and Aurelien, the co-founders of Many Many and Cocoonut.
Before creating Many Many, We worked and traveled around the world for a long time.
We have, like many, faced the difficulty of finding accommodation with the uncertainty of the future, the lack of flexible supply or the low quality of housing.
There was often a lot of administrative work involved.
Our busy working days didn’t leave us much time for all that. Often complicated housing experiences, not to mention the loneliness felt in a country or a new city.
It was in Luxembourg that we met. Aurélien in charge of innovation and Nicolas working on digital transformation programs. We hit it off and ran together every lunchtime.
We shared our findings on the housing issue and began to bring together our common passions and expertise: new technologies, interior design and the desire to bring a whole new experience to expatriates like us.
We only needed one string to our bow: an implacable knowledge of the real estate sector. So we pitched our first ideas to many many industry leaders. Until crossing the road to INOWAI – leader in Luxembourg.
And it was over a coffee that we hit each other’s hand! a moment we will never forget. That’s when we launched our first concept: Cocoonut: Super stylish and super practical co-living spaces.
And we were elected start-up of the year, few months only after its creation!
During the next weeks, we continue to talk about our concept around us and carry out a first fundraising with major players.
In June 2021, our first project saw the light of day: a residence near the Kirchberg district that we furnished and transformed ourselves with Tracol Immobilier. Everything is fully rented 48 hours after it goes live!
End of 2022, we have “grown up” with a capital increase and numerous synergies with INOWAI.
We therefore have the possibility to develop and expand the product we had in mind: flexible housing, furnished with lots of cool services but not only co-living: also studios and apartments with 1 to several bedrooms.
